• Consultation, assessment, and expert witness testimony

• Evaluation of the client to assess the implications of the client’s injury on their ability to function in all realms of life

• Research and perform a Labor Market Survey to identify specific jobs that would be available to the client, as well as, their associated salaries

• Development of Life Care Plans to address the future needs of the injured individual

• Comprehensive analysis of Life Care Plans prepared by other professionals

• Assessment of lost earnings and earning capacity

In divorce cases, Eileen offers:

• Assessment of the client’s current employment options and earning capacity

• An in-depth evaluation of the individual and their skills

• Career counseling as a path to building opportunities and earnings and diminishing the adversarial approach to the divorce process
